Shipping & Returns
We want you to love your piece. Here is everything you need to know about getting it to you — and what happens if something is not right.
- Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200.
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days after production is complete.
- All orders are shipped fully insured via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
- Signature confirmation is required for orders over $500.
- Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.
- We ship worldwide via insured international courier.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
- YFS Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
All YFS pieces are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- Rings: 3–4 weeks
- Pendants & Necklaces: 2–3 weeks
- Custom Pieces: 6–10 weeks (from design approval)
You will receive a confirmation email when your order enters production and again when it ships.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Return shipping within the US is complimentary. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Not eligible for return: custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and items marked as final sale.
- One complimentary resize is included within 30 days of delivery for all standard ring purchases.
- Size exchanges are free — we will resize your ring and return it within 1–2 weeks.
- After 30 days, resizing may be available for a fee depending on the ring style and material.
- Some ring designs cannot be resized due to structural limitations — contact us before purchasing if you are unsure of your size.

- Your order number
- The item you would like to return or exchange
- Your reason for the return (helps us improve)
We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US orders) and instructions.
Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
Every YFS piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a stone comes loose, a prong breaks, or a structural issue arises from normal wear, we will repair it at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- All orders are shipped fully insured.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim and either reship your order or issue a full refund once the claim is resolved.
- Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
